General informations:
Arrival: any day, can be arranged with the host
Departure: within 9 - 9,30 am
Rental: high season weekly, special offers for long stays (over 2 weeks), 
low and mid season also short staying or week-ends
Short stays: minimum 2 days (week-end)  
Payment: 50% upon reservation, 50% upon arrival
Deposit: at arrival minimum 100€, back at departure  

Canceling: the whole of the garantee shall be lost
