The AGRITURISMO includes three old farmhouses, rural buildings built between 1500 and 1800, set around the castle in the center of over 150 acres of meadows, vineyards, orchards and ancient woods. Restored in 2004-06 as holyday farm apartments in the local country style, maintaining all the characteristics of previous use, each farm has its own well and a wood stove, porch or barn, and large green areas to experience the countryside life.
Surroundings of great tourist value: the cities of Saluzzo and Pinerolo, the Po Valley and the beautiful Cuneo valleys; opportunity to practice different sports and exercise, walking on marked trails on the propert. Within a few kilometers restaurants and specialty shops in the area are very interesting from the gastronomic point of view and offer a choice of varied quality and price.
THE CASTELLO FARMS
Il MULINO
The water mill originally used for the production of white flour restored in 2018 has a family crest that dates back to 1791. Surrounded on one side by the stream Grana and on the other side by the canal that operated the wheel is like an amazing green island.
The still functioning wheel will produce electricity, the old shed has been transformed into a bright glassed-in salon with a view of the castle and the mountains.
Next to Mulino the ancient house of the miller’s family, in spring 2019 it will host an apartment called LA MOLINAIA.
A private pool for the two apartments will be ready in May 2019.
Farm BRUCE’
Is located just below the castle walls, from the entrance 1 Km. of private road through woods and vineyards. Altitude 500 mt. approximately. In the main building there is the common living room and three apartments, in a smaller building facing one more apartment:

Farm CASTLIN
For history and architecture it is one of the most interesting rural building of the feud Malingri, built in 1500 on a medieval tower that probably constituted the most advanced defense of the castle ‘in a panoramic position overlooking the plain. Surrouded by flowery meadows, in the garden the well with the historic plaque dedicated to King Emanuele Filiberto (1690) and the bread oven. Behind the farmhouse the pool of 20 meters. in full sun all day. Apartments:
Farm BEDASSOT
in the heart of the estate, 700 mt. private road from entrance through forests and vineyards. A two buildings farm with stone roof and arkade and two apartments in the main building and the cottage of the oven. Surrounded by meadows and vineyards located about 300 mt. from the pool. Arrivals: accepted any day, at a pre-arranged time with the customer, in the summer months, on Saturdays, entry from 3 pm.
Departures: before 10 am
Apartments for rent: per week, discounts for stays longer than a week
Short stays: with daily rate, for weekends ask for offers.
In the months of July and August only stays per week starting on SATURDAY.
Reservation cancellation: if 4 months (or more) before the booking, 10% of the deposit is retained, if 2 months before – 30% of the deposit, from 1 month before 100% of the deposit.
Prices: the price list has standard prices according to the season, but there are always personal discounts and special and last minute offers are attractive!
Extra costs: extra bed 15/20 euros per day, cot 8 euros per day

CLEANING AND LINEN: Final accommodation cleaning service, bathroom linen change twice a week, bed linen change once a week.
Paid services: washing and ironing of personal effects, weekly cleaning of accommodation.
BREAKFAST: The farmhouse does not have a restaurant or special rooms, in each accommodation upon arrival you will find a “welcome breakfast” with basic products on the kitchen surface, tea, coffee, sugar, rusks, homemade jams.
THE BOOK: To make your stay in each accommodation easier and more enjoyable, a book is available full of useful information such as telephone numbers, use of the swimming pool and suggestions such as shops, restaurants and specialties nearby.
BOOKING AND INFO SERVICE
SPORT AND ENTERTAINMENT: guests can ask for tourist information and for sports activities such as horse riding, tennis, golf, cycling, sport fishing, walking. You can book lessons and horseback riding, and rent bicycles, electric and mountain bikes.
MEDICAL ASSISTANCE: in case of need, general practitioner and pediatrician make home visits; dental office in Barge (few minutes by car)
